    i like Lindt 70% cocoa. it tastes good. eat it in small pieces because it tastes better that way. i know...

    hi just wondering if you can help me ...you see i have no idea what to eat...meaning i have idea what to eat most of the time i either dont eat or eat something then feeling guilty..what are the best low to non fat snacks that i can eat through out the day...if you can give a diet plan...thanks

    i guess this"expert" reads all the old periodicals..this is news?!?..and her favorite brands??!?what a joke!!...go to wal-mart and buy sam's choice 70% dark 2 for 2 bucks..it's actually lindt from sweden and is delicious..this woman is a fraud!!!!

    I knew dark bittersweet chocolate was the best..i really like dark chocolates..but, is it unhealthy to consume it along with some liquor?i do that most of the time..something like..em..vodka with lemon blend?is it unhealthy to eat like that?

    I eat 100% cacao chocolate. Bitter but i got used to it after a week.

    Thanks for the tips, I eat Greens Chocolate Energy Bars, and they are AWESOME!! I do try to only eat one a day, though. They are addicting.

    For other dark chocolate fans - have you noticed that when you eat quality dark chocolate with higher cocoa content, it takes MUCH less to satisfy the craving? I have and it has been a God-send for a chocoholic such as myself!
