The advice given seems to be an easier helping recipe, to be slimmer and stay at a balance weight. However how many hours of sleep do you believe should be taken as to not cause an inbalance with the ghrelin? hormone

I am always looking for suggestions to lose weight but these ideas are not new to me. I am 55 female and can't lose weight. The doctor's advice without even discussing my meds or life style said stop eating and exercise. I was already only eating less than 1000 calories a day and working out by walking and working out on a elliptical atleast an hour a day. I am now starting to work out 2 hours a day and still eat less that 1000 calories and only eating once a day before 7 pm but still no weight loss. I do not have time to work out any longer and I try to max out my heart rate while I am working out. What else can I do?
