You're so right about #6(donating your "fat clothes"). I donated some of my "fat clothes" that were good enough to donate after I dropped a lot of weight. I still kept some of the "fat clothes" around though because they weren't in good condition. Not good enough to donate but still good enough to wear. Even though I bought myself clothes that fit much better and I save those clothes for when I'm out in public, the "fat clothes" come on when I get home because it preserves the other clothes from being ruined. The only drawback to doing this is that you can start to feel fat all over again wearing the "fat clothes." Once that feeling hits, I have to change clothes immediately. I should just cut up the remaining "fat clothes" that I have for rags. Some habits are hard to break.

What's wrong with sipping water instead? What's with all the excitotoxins?

I can't believe you recommend sugarless gum. There's another bright light on yahoo recommending sugar substitutes too.

I have a juicer and drink fresh carrot and apple juice every morning. It's a good source of fiber and I've lost 16lbs in the last 3 month's. I will loose more weight within the year. My skin has looks younger and I've been complemented by many women. In fact I had a wonderful date last night with a beautiful lady. She's a succesful entrepreanur and great in bed.

10: Tell your "buddy" to find another buddy if you can't be there for each other. If you can't make each other accountable and motivated to exercise, then it's time to find a new "buddy" who would push you. Don't make excuses to not exercise. Get motivated. Get enthusiastic. Keep pushing yourself. How badly do you want to change the circumstance?

Loosing 12 lbs in two weeks is unhealthy weight loss. Four could have stayed off, I don't like my mouth on fire while I'm trying to eat, but...I'll try this out with some milk on hand to see if it really cool it down.
