    shetimma_gore: Try the following, go to the doctor. You could have a more serious situation. I found that I did because I was doing the same thing, and found I had endometriosis, which is a whole other concern. Please don't go to long before getting that checked out, it could lead to infertilization. Mine almost did!!!

    When I had post partum preeclampsia & was super bloated I was put on a magnesium drip for 24 hours. I think I lost 10 pounds of water! I never thought about getting more magnesium when I'm bloated, but it makes perfect sense!!!

    I'm vegan, and at that, a fruitarian (frugivor). I may still have periods, but never feel them if you kno what I mean. since I learned about factory farming, and gave up consuming meat, dairy, eggs, gelitan, etc. I have felt so much better, healthier, and happier
