    i've been doing this for about three weeks now, and i feel great. i've lost five pounds and am not as fatigued as i was. you just have to understand that it's not set in concrete -- joy gave many alternatives in the introduction (especially for those who don't eat meat or dairy -- maybe read something thoroughly before you criticize it, people) and i'm finding that as long as i keep the proportion of ingredients steady, it's fine. my addition: a small square of very dark chocolate every day!

    Im going to give it a try, and hope that I like this non cranky diet.. Sounds really simple, I like the foods on the 3 day sample so the only problem I see with it would be sticking with it for a length of time like one of the writers above mentioned..

    great ideas...all of the complainers are tooo lazy to lose. with walking and food intake, I will reach my goal of 138 in 5 months. now weigh 160--am 5ft.5 1/2 inches tall. over 50yrs. losing weight is hard folks, get over it!
