    Please, I have a "Honey Oats" cereal that is 160 calories with low fat milk, all you have to do is put sugar on it or eat it plain because it tastes awesome either way with half the calories! The food listed may please your craving for a while but at the end of the day you'll feel so bad because you've had more than 1000 calories.

    I am so looking forward to starting this new eating plan! The foods look so delicious and since I am hypoglycemic, this will be ideal for my eating times. I am so tired of being sick and tired, and I do realize it takes some discipline to make good changes. I'm ready for this. Thanks so much.
