    the recipes sound wonderful, but it would be nice if you explained the benefits of each combination - how it affects mood and blood sugar - rather than pointing us to a book for sale. i respect your need to sell the book, but i truly don't appreciate this type of advertising.

    If I didn't have a full time job,child and husband to feed maybe. But this stuff is way out of the normal preparation time for me.
