Hello Joy- I am living in Canada now and saw you on The View. I was looking for a book on feeling better and thought it could be food related, so i am excited to try this out. You looked great and I can see it is obviously working for you.... Take care, Robin Zinga(Kohn).

Believe me, eating this cr@p would definitely NOT make me happy LOL! Making healthy meals is great, but no health benefits on earth could convince me to eat most of the items on this list. Blech!

I have recently read that better health comes from a balance of Omega 3's with Omega 6's. How do we incorporate Omega 6's with your guidelines? Thanks, Joy. Carrie

The majority of these foods seem to contain folic acid, vitamin D, and B vitamins. Rather than eat that wretched bile, just go to the vitamin section of any store and buy the pills, they'd probably taste better too! Then order a pizza.
