    hey i read the article on a happier mood and i totally agree. This stuff is intriging and fascinating. i love the fact that chocolate gets u in a better mood and that sunflower seeds are good for you. Thanks for the message and the information.     Evidently you haven't read the Book "THE WHOLE SOY STORY" by Dr.K.T.Daniel. For if you had you wouldn't be reccomending Soybeans as a Good food!! They are in fact quite dangerous!!! I agree with most other things except skim milk , you should be using RAW WHOLE milk from grass-fed cows for the best of health!!! Thanks for listening . Regards, Chuck Bolder

    I've read so much about sunflower seeds. My questions is salted or raw? I love a variety of nuts also but am not sure what type to buy the raw are my first pick. Could someone help and answer about seeds and nuts.

    The negative posters aren't stopping to think how they can prepare/incorporate these foods into great meals/recipes. Spinach alone is blech, but a great creamed spinach recipe or low fat spinach dip is altogether different! As an R.N., I see too many in the hospital because of poor diet/sedentary living.
