Tigerbrat: you can get Cholest-Off at most places that sell vitamins and other supplements. It is made by NatureMade. I got mine at Costco.

Cholest-Off are available in Health Stores or at your local Pharmacies, try the pharmacy in your local market. They are huge tablets and my boyfriend takes it with apple sauce to make it easier for him to swallow. He had just started taking it more than 3 weeks ago, we have not seen any improvements yet as we plan to take another test of his cholesterol level after 6 months. However, the advice on what to eat should be strictly implemented by anyone who's got high cholesterol, as this will be the only one that will definitely affect your cholesterol level. Losing weight is #1, the rest are just secondary. I'm watching my diet even though I'm below the range (as of 6 months ago), I'm not overweight nor in my genes, the foods that I eat are part of my culture and I love my foods. But eating can be controlled by yourself alone and I do value my health and would rather stay healthy than suffer in the future. Good luck to all and this article was such a great help to anyone who's got problems with their cholesterol.

I eat soy, olive oil, no red meat, no eggs, no milk, non-fat yogurt, partskim mozzarella in moderation, I take psyllium and garlic with lecithin, I drink plenty of water and exercise daily, however my cholesterol ranges between 163 to 240 whenever I am tested. I am also diagnosed with anxiety-related depression - is there a chance that high cholesterol is stress related???

That was very interesting the more science learns about our own food we intake the better informed we become but we all must remember that everything must be taken in moderation no matter what it is for a healthy life style.
