Great article. Along with a low carb diet, I have used the supplement by Nature-Made Cholest-Off for 3 months now. My total cholesterol went from 236 to 182, with triglycerides at 91. I'm very pleased.

you may know a lot about man's knowledge on health but there is a superior to man's knowledge and that comes from God. let me know if you are interested in learning God's health plan. it sure is a great way to live from experience. and i didn't need to go to school and get a degree to learn it. This information is very helpful. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and was so fearful of eating because I was not sure what to eat and what not to eat. I will definitely try to get ahold of your book to get more information
