    That menu sounds great. I would substitue all the meat with veggie options for myself.

    For those vegetarians... there are lots of options out there for you, this is just for us meat-eaters. Go Meat!

    These meals and snacks sound very good. The only problem is they don't really consider those who do not eat any kind of sea food. What about some good alternatives??

    You could substitute canned chicken for the tuna, grilled chicken breasts or grilled lean steaks for the salmon... lake trout is a great option for those who don't want the salty ocean fish, especially if you're lucky enough to live in northern Michigan. I was born there, and my parents have very fond memories of the excellent fresh fish... try catfish too, very mild.

    Great article, good tips, listed meals that are healthy in so many ways, detailed enough instructions to make these at home, and the final touch of adding calorie count was icing on the cake. Very often, some or all ove the aboave are missing from the articles in this section- Thanks!
