    Very informative article.Thanks. I better start drinking coffee.My memory is more important than coffee's diuretic effect.Salmon also enchances memory ?wow,I thought it's only good for your heart.

    I eat more fish, nuts and seeds than I drink coffee. I have a preference for cold drinks. So I drink iced teas. Guess I won't be as smart as the next guy. Oh well.

    Been drinking coffee for 60 years and still have a good memory. Even like iced coffee when it's hot outside. Thanks for your info.

    Don't share this to the fishermen who catch salmons. They all would become Einsteins and we, will no longer be able to have salmons.

    not really true for salmon. wild salmon has a lot of omega 3, but not farmed salmon. farmed salmon is actually high in saturated fat.

    What happens if i drink more than 3-4 cups of espresso coffee daily? I think very quickly but sometimes im forgetting things. I am 47 yo. Thank you
