    You can also eat peanuts and wash you head thoughly back and front,and you will have a good memory. Don't take my word for this just try it and you will be convinced.

    You must also drink more water and less cola. Stay away from unhealthy foods and exersize.Stress will also contribute to memory loss,and get plenty of fresh air.

    I agree, salmon is the most healthy food source to eat on the planet. Omega 3's feed your brain more cells. The coffee i would have to disagree on? I think Ginkgo Biloba is a better alternative for memory focus and sharpness.

    Bearded Clams it is for good memory! Hahahahah! Caffeinated Coffee constricts my artery and raises my blood pressure. Salmon is great.
