Monosodium Glutimate is definately my trigger for Migraine. Believe it or not, it is a main ingrediant in most potato chips (even doritos and Pringles), Mahatma Saffron rice and most chinese foods. If I avoid Monosodium Glutimate, no migraines, ever. I suffered for years till I learned about trigger foods, and began an experiment to determine which were triggers for me. Burning SAGE is also a triger for me.
