Can your waist get too small. When I work out it can get down to a 23. My ex husband told me it was too small for my butt.

to the 15 year old girl, at the age you are still growing so I wouldn't worry so much about diet as long as you are at a healthy weight, also don't try to looking like a model the pictures you see aren't truely real they tend to be airbrushed. If you want more toned abs do crunches and that will firm you tummy.

My husband, age 45 and my 2 daughters ages 22 and 20 all exceed their normal weight. Though they eat lots, average or less, their weight seem always the same. They enjoy eating. They usually eat all kinds of foods. But, they dont exercise mcuh. All of the above runs in the family of my husband. How can they be thinner, Sir? I really want them to get rid of their excess weight.

to grace, whos husband and daughters exceed the normal weight. go walking as a family every evening to the park or in the neighborhood and you'll see their weight decrease or do other family oriented outdoor activities.

I must be the exception. I weigh 110 lbs, have a 35" waist and the last time my cholesterol was checked the HDL was 113 (it has always been high) and my LDL was 80. Can you explain this?

to josh It depends on how long you have been working out. It it has been very long, you have probably lost alot of your fat and have been gaining muscle, which would explain the lack of weight loss.

Hi, My husband and I have always been concerned with eating healthy. We found a perfect solution to butter and all other margerines. It's called "Smart Balance". For those on low sodium diets, it contains less than 2% salt. No cholesterol or trans fats. To save time and space, the next time your at the supermarket, read the ingredients on the back of a tub of "Smart Balance. It's expensive and not as soft as regular tub margerines but we believe healthier and more tasty.

Hi, I'm a 53 year old woman who has lost a total of 55 lbs over the past 3 years. Although I'm very pleased with my weight loss.. I'm very discouraged with the left over skin in my lower abdominal area. I've tried doing sit ups and crunches.. and though they make me sore.. the excess skin (and still a little fat) don't seem to budge. Will this ever go away without surgery??
