As several previous posts have quite accurately pointed out, Linus Pauling/Matthias Rath discovered the connection between heart disease, vitamin C and elevated Lp(a) back in 1989 and announced their Unified Theory of Heart Disease and in fact obtained a patent on their formula. Pauling's friend Bill Decker manufactured a powdered vitamin and amino acid drink mix based on Pauling's recommendations when he himself was diagnosed with heart disease and he realized that the mainstream medical community was ignoring Pauling's research and announcement. Decker's formula worked so miraculously for heart disease that he decided to manufacture and distribute it to the public in 1996. Since that time Decker's formula, HeartTech (Heart Technology), and later Ascorsine-9 and CardioAde have been successfully used with occlusive cardiovascular disease by its customers who are fortunate enough to find it. Yes, there is a supplement that is proven to reduce arterial blockages and lower lipoprotein (a).

My 15 year old son had high lipo a and I read about serrepeptase's ability to remove plaque from arteries, so I started him on it and co Q 10. A few months later he was retested and the lipo a was really elevated - 75- and so i continued the serrapeptase because i read that as it strips the plaque ( caused by lipo a) your numbers can shoot way up as the particles break off into the bloodstream. After about a year on serrapeptase and co q 10, our pediatritian gave him a VAP test, and all of his numbers were in the normal range, including the lipo a. It worked for us.
