We all know that the 30 minutes of exercise is a general guideline for slackers. The idea is to push yourself out of slackerville every day until you are making it a habit of doing an hour or more every day. Then it doesn't seem so farfetched to do it. GASP! There's a thought. Take at least 2 of those fish oil supplements a day whether or not you have a heart problem. Your brain needs the food. Too much brain fog out there from prescriptions, lack of sleep, chemicals in the air, not eating the best at all times. Drink a glass of red wine with your meal or a couple glasses of purple grape juice. I prefer the wine myself. That will help clear out your arteries if you've eaten a high fat meal. B-6, B-12, and folic acid in high amounts do provide benefits against heart disease. I question the amounts used in this study. I would also take a basic b-complex with it. I actually take those vitamins plus biotin and B-1 with my b-complex. And I take a C and E and Beta Carotene. That's not even the half of it. That's breaksfast.

    1. Why fish oil capsules only for women WITH CHD? Why not for healthy women to prevent sickness? 2. I have read recent research that it is OXIDATION that actually causes the arteries to narrow by making the cholesterol stick to the walls. If that is really the case then I would imagine that anti oxidants would be very helpful in prevention?? http://lowercholesterol.com
