I was diagnosed with sleep apnea some years ago and I now sleep with a machine. It changed my life.Anyone who has been told that they snore and hold their breath for long periods of time should check a doctor

I am having difficulty controling my blood pressure at high altitude. i work and live above 10,000 ft, in Colorado My blood pressure ranges from 150-170/99 -. Most weekends are spent at 5-6,000 ft. BdP=140, Last week i spent at sea level. BdP=118/? normal. (No change in medication.) I stayed with friends, and shared a room with a person who choose to sleep on the couch because of my snoring. Others have kindly mentioned that they slept so good they didn't hear me snoring. Might I be correct in assuming it may be beneficial for me to have this assessment of my sleeping patterns?

I have been reading that a new anti snoring device called Sleepwell is the most widely trialled yet and is the most successful. I'm told details can be found at www.solutions4.snoring.com
