    Ground flaxseed, has many more benefits than just the oil. But eat the fish anyway! Fish oil supplements should not have a fishy aftertaste, if they do the oil is rancid.

    NOTE: Keep ground flaxseeds and open bottles of flaxseed oil in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. PLEASE POST: Any info about the best oil combination for vegetarians to take. I do not fish, despite the benefits, so I need to know what would be "second best." Thank you.
