This is an excellent article. My chelesterol readings have been significantly reduced since I started taking statins 6 months ago. This article reports additional effects of statin therapy which suggest that there are good reasons to continue taking statins. Unlike some articles on the internet which need to be read with caution, this article reports on observed data from a large group of patients reported in a well-respected journal.
