    I am wondering where you went to school. I have read several of your postings and you tend to make claims that are not backed up by facts. Such as your comment that omega 3 fatty acids are found only in fish. Flax seeds are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. Dave http://health-pictures.com/

    ALTHOUGH NO STUDIES HAVE A REALLY CONFIRMED THAT TAKING SUPPLEMENTAL FORMS OF ANTIOXIDANTS CAN PREVENT OR TREAT ANY TYPE OF DAMMAGE TO THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM, IT DOESNT' HURT TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTATION OF ANTIOXIDANTS. THEY HELP YOUR BODY IN OTHER WAYS THAT IN TURN MAY PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE CARDIO SYSTEM.
