I am a fellow migraine sufferer and it is no small coincidence that I'm also pathologically prone to stress. I am convinced that some of us, like me, have a problem metabolising a sub component of the Vit B group. I attribute this to genetics. Also contributing to my migraines are minor neck problems where stress will reside. I take B12 pills along with Vit D, Selenium, Vit E, and sometimes C. I am convinced that the food we eat is lacking in the nutrients we require. I am also convinced that our problems can be corrected through biological steps with psychological counseling, for some cases, along with excercise and hydration. More on selenium; it seems to help depression and mood overall and also may aid in arthritis and or joint pain. More on Vit D: I read recently that our ancestors may have gotten 10,000 Iu (International Units) per day. How much do you get a day? Vit D may do much more than just work with calcium in muscle and skeleton health. A good doctor is hard to find but don't underestimate your own ability to fix your own problems. You and your life is an experiment in biology so be willing to experiment with different vitamins and nutrients, yoga or hiking, healthy social connections, and having a job that does not kill you slowly. Happy living. Jk

I totally agree with jkarg_723 alternative options do more for correcting the problems instead of just simply trying to stop the symptoms. I would really like to share some information with you on the science of glycobiology & glyconutrients are you familiar with that at all? I would like to get you some additional information, you can email me direct and I would be glad to get it to you. The world we live in is a major part of the problems we face. We are getting sicker and sicker all the time. Take a look at our children for example; they are getting diseases that children never got before. It our air, water and yes our lack of nutrients in our food. Our bodies were not designed to live like this and as a result we are suffering from diseases of every sort. We have major issues with cell to cell communication in our bodies and as a result we are suffering form overactive immune disorders like allergies, asthma and rhinitis, under active immune disorders like cancer, viral, bacterial infections, chronic fatigue syndrome, bronchitis, colds & flus, auto-immune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, MS, inflammatory disorders like fibromyalgia, crohn’s, IBS, arthritis … the list goes on and on. There are over 80 auto-immune diseases alone. If we simply supply our bodies with what they need to function optimally our quality of life can change incredibly. I have seen it in my life and my daughter’s. annettewikander@sbcglobal.net

hi my mum has a heart failure last month.she was admitted to hospital for observation. she was discharged when her heart stablised, she was given 2 type of pills for her heart and 1 pill to assist in her urination. she is also on warfarin. she was ok but yesterday she felt a slight pull behind her ear. Could it be migraine or high blood? she was taking high blood pills before she was admitted but not giving any when she was discharged. please advise

I am a female with daily chronic headaches. I have been given every treatment available. NO SUCCESS. It has only brought on more and more problems. I suggest when you get a severe headache you try ICE. It helps calm the nerve and the pain. Without the side effects.
