I wonder if a lot of this couldn't be symptomatic of a poor diet. I noticed if I'm not eating right a lot of these symptoms are amplified-i.e. too much caffiene, sugar or alchohol.

exacerbated, but not symptomatic. Too much of these bad foods leads to preexisting predispositions to be amplified. Further, the type D personality would tend to "binge" on these mood altering foods in effort to alleviate the "pain" of the depression/anger, etc. Vicious cycle.

So, there is a personality trait that describes my husband and mother-in-law to "T". And that it's NOT in my head how f---ed up they can be at times. No wonder my husband has high blood pressure, duhhhhh. Now they need a pill to "cure" it like everything else.

For your question to is there a Type C personality the answer is YES. Back in the 1980's research in organizational behavior defined a Type C personality as one who "thrives on chaos". It was well published study and reported in all the major business magazines at the time. I believe the title was "Thriving on Chaos!".

Suprising I am only a 14 year old, and I feel that I am going through personality D. I go through a lot of stressful situaltions with the peers at my school, and when there is a big project that comes up, I feel that I am over going the limit of what has to be done on such a minor assignment...

I would definitely agree with this. I would consider myself a type D personality, and I had a stroke at the age of 22.
