how does the guy who has 2 drinks in the am get to work? Does he drive? I have nothing against a healthy person having wine with dinner or a cocktail before or after dinner...but when you have lived for years with someone who has 5,6,7,etc cocktails...4or5 nights a week....because "it is good for my heart"...one begins to get rather skeptical about the medical community's differing directives on alcohol consumption.....I think you have to use the word HEALTHY.. when advising a drink a day....bearing in mind that alcoholism is a disease.

I think, no intake of alcohol is still good of our health. the best thing to do is to take good care of it by following the doctor's advice.
