Thanks, this article really helped. I've been hearing so many different things about how much water we should drink and I wasn't sure if I was drinking enough.

It is true that bottled and tap is roughly the same in safety and taste. However, it is very beneficial to drink as much water (even tap) as possible every day for clear and glowing skin, and good health. That's not a sales gimmick- it's free.

One thing that you did not mention is that almost all bottled water is in plastics number 1 or 2 which is now suspected of not being stable in hot temps, linking it with breast cancer. I agree how funny it is to see just aout everyone walking around with cell phones in one hand and a bottle of water in the other.

Hey cold weather urinater, are you drinking more coffee and tea to stay warm? Both are diaretics and will cause you to urinate more than say... water.

i completely disagree with the notion that we don't need water to stay healthy. what about cleaning out our systems? I think he underestimates the value of water in this article.
