    Quit trying to give garlic a bad reputation. Every other week there's a report about how useless it is to take it. Something tells me it's slowing down business or it wouldn't be such a focal point on your blog. I just heard a report out today that if you take your garlic supplements with a vitamin c supplement you improve your blood pressure levels 3 fold. How's that for useless, folks?

    there are supplements out there that can be very beneficial in monitoring cholesterol levels! Nutrients such as soy, fiber, vitamins C, B6, and E can all help promote healthy living. You can read up more on supplements for cholesterol over at the Dietary Supplement Information Bureau .
