I am a 43 year old female. My cholestorol is slightly elevated but my ldl's are 125. I tried the medication Zocor but it just made me sick. I am trying the oatmeal every morning and omega 3's. Is this the right route. I have also suffered 2 strokes within the last 3 years. The Dr.s can't seem to go on anything else. I am fearful I will have another one. Is there anyone with any suggestions. I have had tons of blood test and scans. Thank you
