well i heard about pills that make u lose weight if they work they are dangerous for the heart as they increase your blood pressure. I feel that if so many people that need to lose weight would take pills there will be no weight problems anywhere but i have reservations about those pills, is it just to make people spend money? what is so different about this kind of pill? is it safe? why it's not prescribe by a doctor? i need to know more, thanks

I am extremely overweight (morbidly obese) and am looking for a boost to supplement other life changing and managements in my goal to lose at least 140 lbs. Would Alli be what I am looking for? Both my knees are extremely arthritic and I have been diagnosed with MS so I fatigue easily. Do you have any suggestions for me. I know I have to do something soon as this has become life threatening and I have too much to live for. Please advise me how Alli or some oral medication may help. I am 59 and my blood pressure is always good but cholesterol is borderline high. I am on Zocor and thyroxin only. Thank you

Taking pills to lose weight will never work. It is a short cut that will fail. The side effects will prove to be wonderful as always. Get off the couch and go for a walk.
