Why would you only want to loose 6.4lbs in a yr on average? When you can eat right, exercise and loose more than 30-100lbs in a yr? People wake up. For anyone to loose weight takes work, why make this easy? It's only going to cause health problems in the end. I love how the FDA always promotes drugs and easy "pills" to take but not in food we consume. "Here take this; its the wonder drug of our time". Eat whole and or orgainic foods like: veggies, fruits, lean meats; excercise three times a week, 30 mins a day, you will loose excess body fat and gain muscle. The never promote that.

i don't think that this is a great product. i am not excited to have oily discharge or frequent runs because of a pill. modify your diet, eat less and exercise. that is the ONLY thing that will work long term.

Maybe soon I'll be able to go to McD's for 3 - Quarter pounders & then Dairy Queen & eat a Banana Split....drop a few Alli's & not have to worry about my health & getting fat...Modern medicine or is this the beginning of something sicker?
