    drink 1 table spoon of psylliun in a full glass of water at bed time and when you wake up. And take 1 tablet of hillcountry Gastric support before each meal. And take acidophilus with each meal to stablish your frendly bacteria, and lower acidity. important restrictions for faster resuls would be to avoid lactose, lard, and spicy foods. if you dont dont get results after 2 weaks, you may have a H pylori infection, i recomend you see your doctor for antibiotics, and please fallow instructions, because h pylori can become resistend, and stronger.
