    I had Restless legs syndrome, with real bad cramps. A doctor told me to elevate my legs by raising my matress below my feet. The real bad leg cramps & Restless legs syndrome STOPED.Simplely elevating my legs.

    something to know Restless Legs Syndrome is a form of deficiency of minerals ussually accompany with thingking too much and not be able to sleep, night after night! problem may be too much body stress, NOTE; the problem may be do too severe mineral deficiency..
