I am at the point where I am considering poking my ear drum with an ice pick / How is it that in this time and age of miracle medicine I cannot get a honest anwser about this ringing in my left ear, I would give my first born for a solution. Welll, this sucks. Yahoo giving news update on foods to avoid that can interupt your sleep. How to sleep better takes you to this site with more things to select and nothing comes up on any.... good advise.
