    on the first study: couldn't the less active participants have already been suffering early effects of alzheimer's which made them reluctant to exercise? 6 years doesn't seem like a long follow time.

    I have always been agianst " pill living " and am delighted to have had my suspicous nature crediting me with having some sense. I am passing on your article to many friends who seem to believe they are doing themselves good by supplementing themselves with pills and worse still eating them after their sell by date!!!

    I HAVE ASTHMA AND I AM SICK ALL THE TIME. I STARTED WATER AEROBICS. SINCE DO THIS I FEEL BETTER, THINK BETTER, FEEL STRONGER. IAM 58. I WAS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. TOO TIRED TO EXERCISE. NOW THAT I DO EXERICSE I UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH IT HELPS YOU.

    Good article "Exercise is to the body what reading is to the mind", exercise always keeps one active, i feel this after i started to exercise regularly.
