I have suffered depression all my life, due to circumstance completely out of my control. I've also had several bouts of major depression. I'm trying to stay optimistic and pray almost everyday to Archangel Michael. He helps to give me strength and to remember who I am and to be proud of "who I am." Sadly, however, I know I will end up with a major heart attack if this new year doesn't help turn things around. I know I'm doing my utmost to push on and work hard in a positive way. I pray my angle will keep the demons away. Happy 2009! God Bless.
