As a physician on the front lines helping these children I will tell you that this author is not sharing with you the whole ugly truth. Vaccines are a threat to our children and definitely have a relationship to the increase in childhood vaccines. A study was just done on monkeys that receive the same vaccine schedule our children get and the researchers were shocked that many of these vaccinated monkeys started developing autism-like symptoms. Every child with an autism diagnosis has mercury in their brain since this is the work I do. Our gov't and medical system is scared to death these days and doing their best to cover up the facts with flawed studies and fear tactics within the media. Yahoo health is no different and many here are paid consultants for BigPharma to spew their marketing. Be informed today parents and do your homework. And don't forget to report all vaccine reactions to the national vaccine info center in Washington DC at http://www.909shot.com/. AND read this article from Robert F. Kennedy to learn about the cover-up that is happening http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/7395411/deadly_immunity/

http://www.vaclib.org/exemption.htm for your exemption info and a nonbiased overall good site for parents by parents who have seen tradegy. Parents must be careful and do their own homework today. And if you are forced into vaccinating by your pediatrician have him or her sign a peace of mind form detailing that since he obviously thinks they are completely safe and harmless then he would have no problem signing a form on the day of vaccinations that should anything 'go wrong' immediately following vaccination (which unfortunately often does as many parents will attest, esp following the 18th month well visit where the child was fine then all of a sudden they are now autistic). Basically, your pediatrician should have no problem signing to a form agreeing that he will pay half of all future medical expenses should something happen to your child. You will find these free forms online and intelligent educated parents are smart enough to use them for their own protection. If vaccines are so safe then pediatricians won't have a problem signing it. Just make sure the lot number of the vaccine is on the form to since they are all tracked.

When the "best available medical evidence" is too often the distortion of the truth if not the complete absence of truth, it's not hard to understand why it's being ignored. The puppets for drug companies habitually lie about the safety or side effects of vaccines or drugs. It's obvious why people would reject "the best available medical evidence" versus the truth being revealed at a grassroots level. What's hard to understand is how doctors, drug companies, and fda conartists can continuously use and abuse the public to be the trial experiments of vaccines and drugs and get away with it. How often you prematurely write off side effects of drugs and vaccines as harmless or mere internet rumor to push these poisons on the public. Those in the medical field are no brighter than the drug pusher on the sidewalk trying to sell some crack. The "best available medical evidence" is irrelevant because drugs and vaccines were/are never studied and tested long enough to determine it's actual safety before its release to the public. People should reject the best available medical evidence when they can see the truth before them in their own lives.

Vaccinations does not cause Autism and I can prove it once and for all. My ex-wife became anti-everything during our marriage of 22 years. One of our children (we have 6) is 15 years old and he has Autism and guess what? He along with the other 5 children have never been vaccinated for any childhood or adult diseases. I know that sounds unbelievable but it's true. The ex is anti-school , so the children have always been home-schooled. The ex claims that her breast-feeding the children kept them safe from all diseases so she did that for approx. 2 years each child. That probably has some validity to it because none of my children ever had the Chickenpox, Measles, Dpt., etc. But also, keep in mind that the isolation they have lived in probably kept them safer from diseases too. The isolation was and still is extreme, due to her and her mother's religous views. What religion you ask? Her mother's own self-proclaimed religion that all my friends tell me is another cult. Just trying to give all readers a full picture here. Six children, one Autistic, 5 normal, zero vaccinations, zero days spent in public school (which, next to a hospital, has the highest concentration of diseases floating around in it), zero friends, zero exposure to the public, and so on. Still don't believe me? OK, one more thing for you to know, the anti-everything was so extreme that I had to deliver my last two babies at home, by myself-I am not kidding. Anyways, quite the details but I want to put to rest the false beliefs that vaccinations cause Autism. GLAD TO HELP!

truthseeker...I've examined and helped hundreds of autistic children and about 5% fall into the category as your child where they have autism but have not been vaccinated. I and my collegues still find mercury in their brains all the time in all these children so where is it coming from? Most current research today shows that the umbilical cord has a very very high level of metal toxicity and children are being born with a certain high level from transfer from mom over the nine months. And this certainly makes sense in my professional experience since I check all parents and high levels are always present in them. We will be seeing more and more of this as mercury is everywhere today and a lot of researchers are pointing their fingers and blaming the dental profession along with vaccines for all the mercury fillings in our mouth which are poisoning us and then we transfer this burden during fetal development. This is the starting point for most autistics with vaccines no doubt pushing most over the threshold. To me it does not necessarily matter as I know it is always mercury and I successfully have seen these children turn around just as easily as those who were vaccinated.

According to this article, 9 out of 12 kids got measles. 3 were too young to receive vaccines... so really 6 out of 12 that got measles had parents against vaccines....so that means the other 6 GOT VACCINES that were supposed to PREVENT MEASLES. My question: how did they get it if they were supposed to have been protected? wonder who gave it to whom?

I would skip the vaccines if I was you since they are in fact causing problems. I know a vaccine researcher and he is scared to come forward with his findings because others have received death threats for doing so. The public is being kept in the dark. The medical system needs to pay for their unforgiveable crime on humanity.

This blog about childhood vaccinations is right-on, correct in every detail. Anyone with any knowledge of vaccination science will tell you that vaccines don't cause autism. In fact, in Britain, since the trace of mercury was removed from all vaccines, the incidence of autism has actually gone up a tiny bit.

The process of fooling the public into believing fraudulent science behind vaccines is certainly complex, isn't it? This guy is a mouthpiece for the FDA disguised as a 'green' source of information.
