sir i am a employee as profession i m a chef .And have so many tension at the night time when i go to bed and close my eyes and trying to sleep i cant.PLEASE GIVE SOME GOOD TIPS.THANKYOU

All this sounds good.... but for the caffeine part... coffee (or any caffeine based drink / pills) puts me to sleep like a baby... my body reacts to caffeine differently than other persons... most likely because my body is used to use the caffeine as a tranquilizer (migraine medication) as it opens the blood vessels :)
So maybe changing a bit the caffeine part with comments as (it may get you hyper, however you can try)

what about snoring,, i had a sleep appt, test and i dont have that what is going on my husband cant sleep, and he wakes me up. some times i dont but the most of the time i do i also use snore spripes,, please respond, thanks

Any tips for those of us who wake up in the middle of the night but can' t back to sleep? Woke up at 3 and was up the rest of the night!! This is typical and have been following most of those tips for a while now.HELP!
