Besides the fact that I've heard all of these several times, this was a very poorly written article. And "drop off"? I'm guessing that's some sort of slang for fall asleep, but it isn't obvious and probably shouldn't have been used. And he never explains why to only use your bed for sleep/sex, so we're left either wondering why he gave this advice or accepting it because he said so. Sorry, but I was hoping for some kind of insight on the subject, not just wivestales.

Sleep ... I've been doing a better job at getting that stuff lately. Keeping a good routine and reminding myself that stuff can be taken care of in the morning has been a big help. I don't understand why so many people have a hard time going to sleep and waking up at the same time on weekends. I have a strict rule about that for my daughter and myself. It drives my mom crazy. Whenever she spends the night, my daughter wakes up around 6:30AM and announces that the sun is up - it's time to get up and start the day. ... I think it would be easier for my mom to fall asleep on time Sunday nights if she would follow my 5 yr old's advice about waking up early instead of trying to sleep in.

Try Melatonin - a natural supplement produced by the brain, which allows babies to sleep as much as they do. We lose it as we age. Gives happy, 'big' dreams and a restful complete night's sleep. One under the tongue before bed nightly. At the Healthfood store.
