    sir i am a employee as profession i m a chef .And have so many tension at the night time when i go to bed and close my eyes and trying to sleep i cant.PLEASE GIVE SOME GOOD TIPS.THANKYOU

    What a joke. THe sleep ideas. Maybe 1 person out of 10,000 could follow any of the advices given. Its the advice of an overpaid Doctor !!

    All this sounds good.... but for the caffeine part... coffee (or any caffeine based drink / pills) puts me to sleep like a baby... my body reacts to caffeine differently than other persons... most likely because my body is used to use the caffeine as a tranquilizer (migraine medication) as it opens the blood vessels :) So maybe changing a bit the caffeine part with comments as (it may get you hyper, however you can try)

    what about snoring,, i had a sleep appt, test and i dont have that what is going on my husband cant sleep, and he wakes me up. some times i dont but the most of the time i do i also use snore spripes,, please respond, thanks

    Any tips for those of us who wake up in the middle of the night but can' t back to sleep? Woke up at 3 and was up the rest of the night!! This is typical and have been following most of those tips for a while now.HELP!
