    Thanks! This article was very helpful. Although I'm not a yogurt fan, I'm going to make myself eat it just to stay healthy.

    almost every yogurt company that has been tested under independent research studies found little health benefit as the level of probiotics in commercially made yogurt had very little probiotics and instead is basically pure sugar and artificial flavors. Buyer Beware...there are much better options for not only probiotics but also prebiotics which are just as important.

    Why is yogurt in the US not Yogurt? Yogurt in the US is Dairy based pudding, they use gelatin and/or pectin to form the pudding with flavors on sugar?
