HI: I'm a practicing cardiologist with an interest in how the emotions influence heart disease. I would say that a number of very good studies support your claims that stress does indeed cause heart disease. A British Medical Study in 2002, was a prospective trial that ran over eight years clearly linked job stress with a 2X risk of MI and Unstable Angina. Dean Ornish's book, Love and Survival, is a good source of numerous medical studies linking a last of love with the development of heart disease. So I'd concur with you that stress is a powerful force for illness. Kirk Laman, D.O., F.A.C.C. Assistant Professor of Medicine Michigan State University

It is widely accepted that stress can cause a lot of physiological problems. Unfortunately, the prevailing attitude is "get over it". Sadly, when one suffers physical issues likely stress-related most doctors want to find some kind of tested thing to treat, and if they can't, dismiss it - "oh, it's just stress, get some exercise and take these pills to help you sleep". The stress-induced problems then become a further source of stress, etc. It's too bad that one must have a heart attack to get taken seriously and get help. I read things all the time, studies on stress, prayer, psychosomatic illness and conditions, the need for a wholistic approach, etc, yet the docs don't seem to understand or implement what is commonly known and accepted. WHEN is the medical establishment going to actively acknowledge and work with people incorporating the emotional/mental/spiritual elements of being, not just the physical?

What technologies would you recommend to reduce the overall body's reaction to stress and anxiety? I heared allot about Holo-Sync from Center point research. Would you think that using such things would actually do some good, and of so how much good? Thanks Edward Palonek http://www.edwardpalonek.com/

I think bald is beautiful. What do we measure people on, looks, build, color of hair, color of eyes, color of skin, What ever happened to the old fashion of falling in love. Is it lust or love? Where is the beauty of a person, What is love, dose anyone know what love is anymore? I don't think that it means as much as it use to as far as really being in love. Why can't people take each other for what they are. What dose it take for someone to care? First you have to have a heart, after that , the rest should take care of itself, but only if you are a true and loving person. I've made wrong judjements but i'm hoping that you won't do the same, because the onlyone it hurts is the kids or grandkids. I love my kids and grandkids more than anything in the world and my X-husbands will never tell anyone that. I guess I got off the track about geing bald. No matter what you are or how you look, you are still you and no one can take that away from you. This is for Dennie from Mary, an old freind. Thanks for the memories and the friendship and for all the people I met in Vegas........I LOVE ALL OF YOU, HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM ME To Everyone mostly the bald, because they are beautiful too. Don't let anyone say you are different that anyone else cause you'r e not...............we are all equal.......it just depends how people take you or you take people.

I heard about this on a popular talk show with a special guest Doctor (Hint Dr.os). We all need to feel better with less stress and more energy. I need a boost and now there is proof that a berry juice can make a real difference! They call it GoChi, a super powerful standardized goji berry juice. Well, For thousands of years Asians have known the power of the Goji Berry. Now comes the GoChi Effect. What I love so much about this berry is that the ancient Tibetan monks were some of the first people to discover the health secrets. The berry, a sacred blessing to them, was included in prayer! Now anyone can feel this ancient power. It is simple, nature working to protect the berry as it grows near Mount Everest, it can survive sup freezing temps buy the protective properties it produces. It can fight off harmful substances in the ground, such as bacteria and fungus. These properties are harnessed using the newest latest technology with extremely extensive testing to provide the best most beneficial juice you can drink. And it is now proven in a double blinded placebo study to have 13 positive effects in 14 days! I pay $3.00 -$4.00 a small bottle in the grocery store and although these other juices are good for me, I love knowing some real effects to expect in 14 days with Himalayan GoChi Juice.
