I found that I have plenty of energy when I drink 10 glasses of water a day. It really seems to keep the toxics flushed. My mom got me this great cd, increasing the desire for water from www.independentachievement.com and it really increased my desire for plain, clear water.

Oh my gosh. I am somewhat addicted to energy drinks. I have a Rockstar, Bookoo or a Red Bull every single day. they make me feel amazing and i don't see anything wrong with them as long as they're not harmful to you or your health. YES.

Hello, I have a 16 year old daughter who LOVES the MONSTER drink. We have cut her off due to the amounts of caffeine and the fact that it makes her "crazy". Do you believe they sell it in vending machines at her high school!? Could you post some warnings about the drink as I would like to get rid of this item from the school campus. Ok? They should change the title of this article. I thought they had found exactly why energy drinks are so bad for you. Instead they just suggest that they may be bad.....Waste of time.

yhis should be a wake up call for sall consumers. I dont drink any of these at all. A person should take fully responsible actions when thinking about drinking these. All I drink is gatorade.

I agree that health drinks are a bad substitute for enough rest and a good diet. This article, however, didn't really make the case that any of the negative health risks exist -- it sounded more like speculation than fact. The addition of energy herbs to alcohol is crazy and hopefully we can come up with some good ammunition as to why our teenagers shouldn't be drinking the crap.

So what are the side effects. I usually just drink Red Bull. I do like to mix my Red Bull with Vodka too. I don't abuse either so I was really interested to see what the downside is. Not much help other than we now know this is a big bussiness.

yeah, these energy drinks are garbage. nothing makes me sadder than to see some middle school kids knocking a rock star before class. rock star is owned by michael savage's son, by the way. borders, language and culture...
