My mother died from this horrible disease in 2006. Watching and caring for her through all of this, if anything good came of her death, it made me more aware of this cancer. I am religious in my exams and pay more attention to my self. Hopefully, they will come up with some kind of test that can diagnose this cancer in a timely manner.

I have heard recently of Ovasure as a blood test to detect early stage ovarian cancer. While searching for more info, I found it available as an online test. It is a bit expensive, but there is no office visit to pay for. You get your result by e-mail, so not on your medical record either. http://www.personalabs.com

I am glad I read this article as I have gone through menopause at 46 and now at 59 am having vaginal bleeding ,bloating gas and frequent urinating.I found a place in adrian that will take care of medical costs as I have lost my job and don"t have ins. hope all goes well thankyou
