Great information! Another great source is The Clear Skin Diet, by Alan C. Logan and Valori Treloar

6 cups of water each day? Fine - how many ounces per glass?

I started eating healthier (and quit smoking) and I have really seen my face clear up. It is also brighter and fresher looking. I've been eating a lot of salmon, chicken, broccoli, whole wheats, almonds, bananas.... it really does make a difference with what you're eating!

Water does nothing for a good complexion!! I've read several articles that say food has nothing to do with clear skin!!!

Excellent advice - it's all about the diet to the fountain of youth. Check out all the old looking people and watch what they eat......garbage in - garbage out.

Really? This is supposed to be news to us? We all know that eating fruits, vegetables, grains, and lean meats is good for you. Hello... it's called the FOOD PYRAMID! How this is new information boggles my mind. And gorgeous skin? Right. If you have bad genes no amount of oranges or broccoli is going get rid of your problems (i.e. acne). Food does not resolve hormonal issues.

actually, for the water thing, if you wait until you are thirsty to drink water, it means your are ALREADY dehydrated, so that isn't the best of advice
