Masturbating should be considered as an option. It increases the level of dopamine as well as lowers blood pressure.

Don't sacrifice the environment for the sake of some ignorant and misguided tip for stress reducing. You should not encourage people to purchase incandescent light bulbs. They are not energy nor cost efficient compared to fluorescent light bulbs. There have been great technological advances towards making fluorescent light bulbs mimic the natural spectrum of the sun, you just need to purchase the right type.

I can relate to this because when I was in an abusive relationship I gained a large amount of weight. I did not stay commited to lose weight until my stress was alleviated by leaving the situation. This was very informative. Thanks! http://therecipediva.wordpress.com

Can't do incandescent. That would be bad for the planet. And we can't have that. Yeah, right!

Much like a snuggle with your sweetie, pets are also great antidotes to work stress. I've worked in several offices where people brought dogs to work. I would always joke, "It's not just a dog, it's a stress-buster." But it's very true. The simple act of petting an animal has been proven to significantly lower blood pressure, as well as just getting you outside yourself and your bs.
