It can be hard to lose weight on your own. It sometimes takes the support of peers to be successful at losing weight and keeping it off. A new behavioral weight loss program is now available, based on 17 years of university research. The studies show the average weight loss is 24 pounds in 24 week. Twice as much as weight watchers in half the time. Read the latest studies. www.uvm.edu/vtrim

Hello my nick name is Cheezkake. And I just wrote a comment. Please I am not yet good at this new man -made POWERFUL TECHNOLOGY yet -but I will be. I am in 100 percent agreeable with the MIND POWER CONTROL BLAST to help people who don't know that they can do anything for themselves , if they find out that the mind basically works off an energy of THE POSITIVE AND THE NEGITIVE blast. All thet really need to do is feed their positive side more positive words from their own positive strength. Well I'd better close now! People tend to steal other peoples ideas. And I am a writter of Poetry and Powerful thoughts other wise I keep writting-but I am not gonna receive no prize! I am aware of some misspelled words-but that's ok. I it's gonna be really published........Well they should at least get my permission to do so. So i can have a chance to edit my own comment. But then to, that I know they will do. Thanks again for allowing me to comment on your article. Sincerely Miss. Chezekake

Couldn't disagree more, and this is coming from someone who lost 60 pounds 7 years ago and has kept it all off, at most gaining 3 of it back. You really have to be honest with yourself, and telling yourself that a brownie here and there isn't going to have an effect is total denial. What I would suggest is really learning about nutrition and metabolism and how they play off each other. You'll find there are foods that are really tasty that are perfectly fine for you, if you have yourself in balance. No matter how you slice it, processed sugar, trans fats, and empty carbs are bad for you, at any time.
