    I have six pack abs - under 40 pounds of hairy fat. If you want a flat stomach, eat less and go for a run.

    I've got an easier way to flatten the stomach. Whenever you're standing in line or washing dishes, pull in your stomach. I kid you not. This was my mother's method. It works! Hold your stomach in. It works wonders. www.upstartwyn.blogspot.com.

    Or you can just eat healthy and do your cardio..........that's the ACTUAL secret to a flat tummy.......oh and good genetics.

    when I was in the Navy during boot camp we did tons of crunches and let me tell you I had a six pack and I'm female. You can have strong ab muscles and still have them covered in flab. I am almost 40 now and after 3 kids my weight is 138 which isn't bad but I have a small flabby gut. I can not exercise for months, go to the gym and do over 100 sit-ups including inclines and reverse. I have very strong abs just a little flabby. I was confused reading these, made me feel like an idiot trying to picture how they work in my head. Videos would def. help out

    I started my diet last july ,well i dont really consider it a diet I committed to a lifestyle changed....I stopped eating fried foods, no sodas, no fast food , if it is not baked ,broiled or grilled i dont eat it.I snack on the 100 calorie packs and I eat alot of fiber. I have lost over 50 lbs and it is going to stay off because i dont consider myself on a diet this is long term

    Thanks for this article. I have neck problems so I am unable to do traditional crunches. It will be nice to be working on my stomach, without ruining my neck!
