    This works!! While making a trip north to see my family for the holiday weekend I entered a toll booth and said "hi" to the gentleman sitting within. With a grimaced expression, he forced himself to say "hi" back and didn't look my way at all. So before entering the next toll booth, I decided that I was going to put a happy smile on my face and eagerly greet the next toll booth person with a "Hi, Happy Thanksgiving". It worked... she was tickled. During the course of my drive, I continued my antic and was greeted with warm friendly "Hello's and Happy Thanksgiving's" in return. My mood became noticably better and my weekend was fabulous!!

    During stressful times I have found that when I take my morning walk with my 2 dogs and just focus on the skyline, the birds, squirrels and the fresh air and all the peacfulness around me makes for a fresh prospective on what is important and how blessed we are.

    I wouldn't recommend dancing around the shower. :) ..."Take a few minutes to pump up the jams and dance around in your office, in the shower, whenever the mood strikes."

    Hello, I am Nikki and I loved your advises, but me personally, I think the best and most important way to help resolve anything is Prayer. It help releave you and all of the above. Just getting into the present of the Lord period is great for anyone. He is there when nothing or nobody else is there for you. So once again I want to thanks for or comments too.
