    People - get a clue - learn the difference between "your" and "you're." "Your" is possessive as in "is that your dog?" "You're" is a conraction as in "you should really include some pictures to help most people see what you're (you are) talking about..."

    Oh please! 20 minutes is just about enough time to warm up. If I tried to do sprints cold, I'd blow out a hammy or something. Good job..... feed the fat housewives' illusion that they're really exercising. Then they don't understand why they don't look like supermodels after two weeks on a program that amounts to nothing.

    dont buy this. it assumes you are taking very short breaks or no breaks. nothing beats actually working out for an hour while hitting different parts of your body doing various exercises with free weights or dumbbells. you need more variety than this, although I suppose it's fine as a substitute when you're pressed for time.

    They really do work! I use small light weights and Walk/Run 30 minutes daily....I feel good...Of course I dont eating late (Don't eat after 6:45)....
