I have my own but I would be interested in "quick" workouts for those of us who lack the ability to move our lower body, such as being paraplegic. It's much harder to burn calories when you cannot stand. It is easy building muscle, however cardio benefits are much harder. The best I have found is to work out on a hangining 120 pound puching bag. But I'm open to new ideas.

This is what caught my attention: "Get an hour's worth of fitness and calorie burning in just 20 minutes. " Where is the article with the 20 minute fitness and calorie burning?

    Silverfox_35205, if you do the math, (90+30)x 9 sets = 1080 seconds 1080/60 = 18 minutes. 18 minutes + 2 minutes warmup = 20 minutes. thank you, come again!

The descriptions of these exercise are so poor. My husband, my self and my neighbor are still trying to fiqure some of them out. The push ups for instances...are they meant to do on a wall? Who ever '"wrote" this article should spend a little more time editing their work.

I like the simplicity and efficiency of the exercise routine for a concise fitness program. The breakdown for assets to body parts was perfect!

This article assumes that you have been working out regularly and all of a sudden got busy and want to cut your workout time. The article should include that this is not recommended for people who have high-blood pressure, heart condition, or those who have not worked-out regularly without consulting their doctor first and without supervision because the intense workout may send these people to the ER. Great article, but wrong target readers because those who have been working out regularly already have this figured out.
